Don Donovan

Founder & CEO

Don’s background includes 19 years progressive Senior Management, Marketing and New Product Development experience. Don joined Procter & Gamble in Brand Management and is the only Marketing executive in P&G history to be awarded ‘Research Fellow’ in the R&D organization.

In 2002 Don founded Baker St. Solutions, and has worked for over 175 of the Fortune 500 using The Right to Succeed®, a proprietary new product launch model, to bring over $5 billion of new products and services to the market in the last 15 years.


Matt Doyel

Chief Operating Officer, Co-Founder

Matt, a graduate of the Naval Fighter Weapons School (TOP GUN), brings his extensive 15 years of experience in marketing and consumer understanding, as well as his solid technology background and strong leadership skills to the Baker Street Team.

Prior to joining Baker Street, Matt was Vice President of Marketing at Reflect-True Custom Beauty, a Procter & Gamble company, where he lead the transition from marketing an online focused business to marketing across the multiple channels.


Erik Leist

Chief Digital Officer, Co-Founder

Erik is a veteran digital marketing and analytics expert who has worked alongside some of the foremost innovators and thought leaders across many industries in online marketing, creative trends and analytics.

Applying Baker St.’s patented methodology, Erik leads the organization in creating and executing strategies which pair consumer understanding and behavioral economics with integrated digital media campaigns to foster dynamic growth for our clients.


Don Glacy

Executive Vice President

As a third-generation entrepreneur, Don is continually adding value to existing media channels and incorporating new and exciting products. His passion is for incorporating technologies into existing business models to shape the future of our clients’ businesses.

Don has his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems and Decision Sciences from California State University Fullerton. He also earned two Career Certifications (CCNA, CCNP) from Cisco Systems and is an alumnist of Vistage International.


Clark Ingram

Director of Paid Media

Clark is the Director of Paid Media for Baker Street Labs and brings with him 9 years of progressive experience managing a diverse set of paid media platforms. He has managed accounts for companies ranging from the smallest startup ventures to well-known Fortune 500 retailers Zales and Kay, and travel brands like Expedia and Travelocity.

His competitive nature lends itself to achieving our clients’ business goals, combining insightful data analysis with a drive to always deliver maximum campaign performance at scale.

Clark is a firm believer that one size does not fit all when it comes to architecting paid media campaigns, and his experiences working for many different types of companies have given him the necessary insights to customize paid media plans for all types of clients

Senior Account Executive

Brittany has deep experience bringing new products and services to market in both B2B and B2C spaces. Her diverse skill-set has allowed her to build a well-rounded domain expertise in technology, sales and marketing. This allows her to work side-by-side our clients in creating dynamic, effective campaigns that drive engagement and increased top-line revenue.

At Baker St. Labs, Brittany is responsible for assessing the needs of each client through our discovery process and working with our team to develop and implement a customized strategy to meet those needs.
